YMCA Wheatlands, Colorado
The newest jewel of the Rocky Mountain YMCA facilities is in the Aurora Wheatlands location. The building was completed in April of 2021 and features state of the art exercise equipment, exercise rooms, pool, and community resources.
Creating spaces that could provide in person personal training while offering the option of remote classes. Zone based background music system that includes paging to patrons.
Logic provided systems in the teaching kitchen and two studios to provide state of the art sound systems that integrate into a Zoom remote learning platform. Logic Integration was brought into the construction team to provide background music, paging, digital signage, and sound systems for the facility. Several exercise studios, a teaching kitchen and conference room were outfitted to provide in-person classes as well as remote learning options. The pool area features a sound system with microphone for events as well as Bluetooth audio for background music and exercise classes. For background music, the QSC MP=M40 music and paging mixer was selected to handle streaming music, Bluetooth connection and paging from a push to talk microphone or phone/tablet.
