Integrate presentation and meeting solutions to multiple rooms throughout the multi-story downtown facilities. During a massive remodel, Logic Integration was asked to come in during a short time to integrate multiple video walls, audio and video conferencing, along digital signage throughout the facility. All this needed to be controlled from one easy to use interface. This was part of a three-phase project in three different buildings. Multiple board and staff meetings are held throughout the day with many different users. The interface must be easy-to-use for a first-time user with very little IT support or instruction.Another challenge was only having access to a very small projection room for rear projection.

Design and build the technology systems for the Visit Denver Executive, Lobby Conference Room, Lobby Digital Signage, and Lobby Lounge. Installed a centralized audio and video system using Crestron and ClearOne. Planar displays were chosen for all video walls and displays due to 18 hours/day — 7 days per week high usage. IPads and Crestron and touch panels were installed to control all lighting, audio, video, and sources. Networking backbone is Pakedge POE and WAPS. Middle Atlantic rack’s were used to facilitate all the equipment and cool the equipment.Since the room for rear projection was so small, Logic Integration designed a rear projection mirrored system and projector by Barco. Stewart Star Glass was used for projection surface. Crestron lighting control was used for the conference rooms.
