The Hunter on Cimarron
Logic Integration partnered with Formativ and Bryan Construction to deliver a cutting-edge AV and technology backbone for the Hunter on Cimarron development. This multi-unit, mixed-use project required a robust, scalable infrastructure to support residents, amenity spaces, and management operations. To achieve this, Logic Integration deployed enterprise-grade systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and long-term flexibility.

Extensive Structured Cabling Backbone
Over 28 miles of cabling were installed, including fiber optic, category, and speaker wire. This backbone ensures high-speed connectivity, strong audio-video performance, and a future-ready infrastructure capable of supporting evolving technologies.
Centralized IT & AV Distribution
Multiple dedicated IT closets with centralized equipment racks were built throughout the property. These racks house amplifiers, networking, and control equipment in secure, out-of-reach locations. This design reduces downtime, simplifies service, and protects critical components.
Smart Automation & Reliability
The system integrates automation and monitoring tools, allowing property managers to control AV distribution seamlessly while ensuring consistent uptime. By consolidating control and housing equipment in professional-grade racks, the design eliminates tenant tampering risks and minimizes maintenance calls.
Scalable Design for Growth
The infrastructure was engineered with scalability in mind, giving ownership the ability to expand or upgrade systems as the property’s technology needs grow—whether in bandwidth, audio/video zones, or amenity enhancements.

For example, in the pool area, achieving balanced sound without excessive volume was a challenge. Logic Integration solved this by strategically placing landscape speakers within planter beds for even coverage. Another challenge was ensuring that complex systems remained simple for residents; automation and centralized control addressed this need.
The Hunter on Cimarron now offers residents a seamless mix of entertainment, collaboration, and wellness-focused technology. Tenants can enjoy movies, host events, participate in video calls, or relax by the pool with high-quality audio—all through systems designed for effortless operation.
The client reported high satisfaction, praising the ease of use, reliability, and the positive impact on tenant engagement and community lifestyle. Logic Integration delivered a future-ready AV environment that elevates the living experience for all residents.
