The main challenge for Logic Integration was to design and implement a user-friendly and dynamic audiovisual (AV) system in the communal spaces of One7. These spaces were intended for various activities, including unwinding, playing billiards, shuffleboard, and socializing. The system needed to be versatile enough to cater to different user needs and preferences, from relaxing background music to high-energy sounds for workouts, without compromising on sound quality or ease of use.

Logic Integration addressed these challenges by installing custom-programmed Crestron touch panels in every communal space. These touch panels were designed with an easy-to-use interface, allowing residents to control the AV systems effortlessly. Whether it was for playing shuffleboard in the club room, enjoying a sunrise with a cup of coffee, engaging in a workout in the fitness center, or practicing yoga, the residents had seamless control over the AV settings. This approach ensured that the technology enhanced the residents' experience in these spaces, rather than complicating it.

• Crestron Control Systems: The use of various Crestron components, such as the 3-Series Control System (C3IR-8), 4-Series Control System (CP4), and the 3-Series Card Interface (CEN-CI3-3), provided the backbone for a reliable and scalable AV control system.
• Crestron SAROS In-Ceiling Speakers: These speakers were installed in various zones, providing evenly distributed, high-quality audio that could be easily controlled via the Crestron touch panels.
• QSC Audio Equipment: The selection of QSC multi-channel amplifiers and digital signal processors (Q-SYS CORE 10F) ensured high-quality audio distribution throughout the communal spaces.
• Araknis Networks Switches: High-performance gigabit switches (AN-210-SW-R-16-POE and AN-310-SW-R-24) were chosen for their reliability and performance, essential for managing the data throughput required by the AV system.
• WattBox® Power Management: The use of WattBox® uninterruptible power supplies and power conditioners provided clean, reliable power for the system, crucial for maintaining system integrity and longevity.
• Sonos Streaming Component: The Sonos Port allowed for versatile streaming options, catering to the diverse tastes of the residents.
