Scheduled Tune-Ups

Our service department will check the health of your equipment through regularly scheduled maintenance visits. By regularly servicing your system, you can avoid the wear and tear that can result in costly repairs and downtime.

We’ll begin by cleaning major components that can be affected by dust pileup such as projectors, amplifiers, filters or fans. We optimize your system and enhance network security through firmware and component upgrades. Finally, we recalibrate your audio/video system by re-aligning your projector and fine-tuning all speakers.


Priority Service Calls

With so many devices communicating locally and via your network, problems may arise in the future. If any devices fail or there are connectivity issues (due to a disconnected router or signal interference), Logic System Support Clients will get first consideration for all on-site service needs.

A certified technician will arrive onsite within the next business day. Not only will our service team arrive quickly, but with extensive system documentation it’ll be easy to spot the problem area and resolve it. Through our relationships with top industry leaders, we can also ensure quick shipment of parts if needed.

Our general clients can reach us through unlimited phone support from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST from Monday to Friday. If you sign-up for our client care program you will receive 24/7 emergency support, including on holidays, for any system emergency.

We encourage our clients to sign up for our Client Care Program which includes all of our maintenance and support options as well as our remote monitoring services. With a dedicated service staff at your disposal, issues can be anticipated and upgrades made as soon as they’re available.

Our program will offer a direct return on investment, as you can limit the amount of money spent on lengthy service calls. We make it easy to detect, diagnose, and resolve problems through our remote monitoring services while our annual tune-ups expand your system’s overall lifespan.
