There are a couple of ways to get support:
Save time and money; ask about remote support for your system and system maintenance.
If the issue is an after hours emergency and needs to be fixed that day - calling in after 4pm it will be considered an after hours support issue which is billed at $170 per hour with a 1 hour minimum plus $45 trip charge. This rate will be billed if the system is in or out of warranty. System warranties are typically 6 months labor and 1-year parts or what the specified manufacturers warranty is.
